What you'll do

• Define and review QA/QC objectives and processes
• implement corrective actions for CLIA/COLA compliance
• maintain proficiency testing
• establish and monitor quality documentation and procedures
• ensure equipment qualification, maintenance, and calibration
• troubleshoot methods, results, instruments, and processes
• conduct internal audits
• identify and deliver quality training
• assist with technical duties and new testing methods
• prepare for inspections
• and plan, assign, and direct technical laboratory work.
