Family Law Attorney (Hybrid)

The attorney independently manages family law matters from intake through resolution, representing clients in court, negotiation, and mediation. What you'll do

• Manage cases involving divorce, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic violence restraining orders
• draft pleadings, motions, declarations, memoranda, discovery, settlement agreements, and correspondence
• appear at hearings, conferences, and trials
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation
• communicate with clients
• manage deadlines and files
• work with opposing counsel, court personnel, support staff, and firm leadership.
