This role exists to provide expert tax advice and preparation services to customers, acting as a trusted guide for their financial needs. By building relationships and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, the Tax Expert ensures a seamless, end-to-end experience for every customer.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local customer base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by identifying opportunities for complementary services.
• Build long-term trust with clients.
