What you'll do

• Coordinate and assign shift duties
• monitor team performance and adherence to policies
• provide on-the-job training
• handle guest service escalations
• support safe airside operations and aircraft services including fueling, de-icing, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, and towing
• operate ground service equipment
• load and unload luggage and cargo
• provide guest transportation
• maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps
• document fuel handling and work activities
• follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
