What you'll do

• Process HUD-VASH referrals, intake, briefings, and eligibility determinations with VA staff
• review participant documents and income verifications
• coordinate annual recertifications, interim changes, and moves
• calculate tenant payments, rents, housing assistance, and utility allowances
• prepare and process HAP contract amendments in Yardi
• monitor voucher utilization and lease-up timelines
• review EIV reports and follow up on discrepancies
• maintain participant records and electronic files
• prepare HUD forms, audit files, correspondence, and reports
• and coordinate with VA and community partners.
