Centralized After-Sales Service Associate

The associate coordinates order follow-through and customer support so sales associates can focus on selling, customers stay informed, and post-delivery issues are addressed to support satisfaction and repeat business.

What you'll do

• Review new bath, kitchen, and lighting orders for accuracy
• enter orders into The Source and procure standard products
• monitor open orders and purchase orders
• update customers on order status
• re-source products when needed
• adjust orders and process payments or refunds
• schedule deliveries with branch warehouse teams
• follow up after delivery
• respond to shared phone and email inquiries
• log customer interactions in the ticket system
• initiate vendor returns
• address product and warranty issues
• check stock and lead times
• prepare SpecBooks when requested
• support coworkers as a showroom resource.
