What you'll do

• Develop customer relationships and recommend storage solutions
• provide face-to-face service
• work toward monthly sales goals
• walk the property and perform lock checks
• show units
• rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• maintain facility cleanliness and safety
• perform tasks such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning storage units.
