Associate Sales Representative – Medical Device Sales

Job overview

The Associate Sales Representative – Medical Device Sales role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with travel throughout an assigned territory, including 25–50% travel and one to two overnights per week. The base salary is $90,000 per year, with a performance-based quarterly commission opportunity. Rep-Lite is partnering with a healthcare technology company to support adoption of technologies intended to improve patient outcomes. The representative partners with experienced Territory Managers to develop healthcare accounts, educate providers, and grow product awareness and utilization. The role builds field sales experience and customer relationships while supporting territory plans and sales goals.
