What you'll do

• Process work requests from New Home Consultants
• coordinate material development with corporate marketing
• update inventory-home websites, track completion dates, label and upload photos, add interactive floorplans, and review pricing
• maintain and audit MLS content
• update inventory-home data
• coordinate photoshoots and virtual tours
• help assess sales-team marketing needs and develop individual marketing plans
• plan community email marketing
• assist with social media content
• coordinate realtor functions, community events, and grand openings
• coordinate sales-center setup and signage
• verify marketing invoices
• manage sales subscriptions and promotional items.
