What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility according to care plans
• monitor health, safety, and well-being and document changes
• assist with laundry, beds, meals, and table clearing
• answer call bells and alarms
• help update care plans and comply with regulations
• communicate resident issues to the Administrator and physician
• provide one-on-one support
• respond to emergencies and arrange appropriate medical attention
• other duties as assigned.
