What you'll do

• use diagnostic equipment and tools
• perform routine maintenance according to Mercedes-Benz standards
• participate in ongoing training
• explain repairs, estimated costs, and timelines to customers and service advisors
• maintain work records
• follow quality, safety, and environmental standards
• collaborate with the service team.
