What you'll do

• Lead high-priority projects from problem definition through implementation and handoff
• identify root causes and develop solutions with stakeholders
• improve processes, systems, and ways of working
• work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, and Growth
• help shape the Business Operations project list, brief executive leadership, and recruit talent
• support the establishment of the Business Operations function.
