What you'll do
- Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate care for assigned patients before, during, and after hemodialysis
- document patient data and update care plans. Educate patients and families, administer prescribed medications, support emergency response, coordinate safe hemodialysis delivery, and ensure laboratory collection procedures are followed. Participate in team decision-making, staff training, and quality improvement activities.
