Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct functional and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS
• maintain a client caseload and write individual treatment plans
• ensure plans comply with contract and insurance certification requirements
• manage and update client program books
• maintain required training and certifications
• coordinate with administrative staff, autism case coordinators, and supervisors
• participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
• assist with ABA training
• teach and provide direct instruction to ABA therapists
• train and support families and other support individuals
• review and sign off on treatment-plan training when necessary
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
