The manager leads day-to-day store operations and develops the team while driving customer loyalty, sales, compliance, and operational performance. The role connects the Sunnyside brand’s focus on access to consistent, high-quality cannabis and cannabis knowledge with the store’s daily execution.

What you'll do

• Build and sustain a high-performing team through selection, onboarding, coaching, and accountability
• conduct regular employee conversations
• assess performance and training needs
• plan staffing and labor schedules
• drive revenue targets and key performance indicators
• oversee store operations, inventory, records, audits, and customer service
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• serve as a point of contact for regulators and local authorities.
