What you'll do

• Assist with daily laboratory operations in assigned areas
• examine body fluids and specimens using quantitative, qualitative, or automated methods
• perform testing for which competency is validated
• conduct testing-system validation and maintenance
• obtain specimens from patients of all ages
• provide required testing consent and consultation
• operate scientific instruments and procedures
• and, as needed, oversee and instruct trainees.
