What you'll do

• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA
• conduct consultations and assess eligibility
• provide legal advice and representation
• maintain case files
• review cases for legal sufficiency
• make referrals when appropriate
• support staff training, intake, case assignment, and case management
• maintain systems and databases
• prepare program reports
• assist with grant proposals and reporting
• participate in outreach and networking.
