What you'll do

• Serve as interim Sales Director at communities with vacancies or performance gaps
• partner with Regional Sales leadership on targeted support
• build referral relationships
• guide prospective residents and families through move-in and admissions
• follow up with referral sources and maintain records
• coach site sales staff
• standardize sales processes, KPIs, and reporting
• analyze occupancy and referral data
• coordinate outreach and public affairs
• develop marketing materials with corporate marketing
• monitor local markets and competition.
