The lead builds and manages the company’s risk function, mapping liability, optimizing insurance programs, and identifying compliance gaps. The role connects finance, legal, operations, IT, security, regulatory teams, brokers, and carriers to strengthen risk governance as the company expands.

What you'll do

• Map liability across entities, business units, and deployment channels
• develop contractual and insurance-based risk isolation strategies
• advise leadership on liability implications
• design, procure, place, and renew insurance programs
• manage layered nuclear-related coverage
• evaluate coverage against exposure
• partner with Finance on contingency and reporting
• develop risk reporting frameworks and KPIs
• coordinate across brokers, carriers, legal, operations, IT, security, finance, and regulatory teams
• identify and remediate regulatory and licensing gaps
• maintain audit-ready compliance procedures.
