What you'll do

• Direct daily field operations for ground-up and large-scale commercial projects
• coordinate site activities, manpower, deliveries, and trades
• review drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules
• oversee subcontractor performance, inspections, quality, and safety
• monitor milestones and communicate delays
• lead final inspections and punch-list completion
• conduct weekly safety meetings
• coordinate vendors, equipment, and deliveries
• support cost tracking and change documentation
• assist with closeout packages and daily reports
• coach field personnel.
