What you'll do

• Install PCs and related equipment
• document work and resolutions in the support queue
• perform remote and in-person hardware and software diagnostics and repairs
• troubleshoot wired and wireless networks
• prepare PCs for installation
• repair or replace computer and server hardware
• assist with IT inventory tracking
• train end users on Windows, Office, Basecamp, and other clinic technologies.
