What you'll do

• Build APIs, data models, and background workflows for enrollment, call scheduling, preferences, and follow-up

• support appointment scheduling and refill requests
• improve access to context and tools
• make workflows resilient to dropped calls, duplicate webhooks, and service failures
• write tests, review code, investigate production issues, and protect patient data.
