What you'll do

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty
• maintain customer service during busy operations
• communicate assignments
• oversee pre-close functions
• handle register counts, cash and coupon tracking, and daily reports
• follow waste and food/labor cost procedures
• take and process orders
• handle transactions
• prepare menu items
• support inventory and stock ordering
• resolve complaints
• cross-train team members
• and maintain clean work areas.
