What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and give tours
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• help maintain club cleanliness
• close the business-day shift and prepare a bank deposit for the next day.
