What you'll do

• Supervise hospital support departments and labor goals
• hire, train, orient, and evaluate staff
• manage schedules and daily operations
• document accidents
• develop technical policies and procedures for approval
• monitor budgets, purchase supplies and equipment, and oversee facility maintenance
• manage invoices and local accounting
• oversee inventory and billing practices as applicable
• maintain licensure compliance
• address pet-owner issues where appropriate.

Why this role
