What you'll do

• Show and walk prospective residents through units
• manage paperwork between applicants and the corporate office
• follow up on maintenance and repair requests
• address resident complaints
• collect rent and administer collection procedures when needed
• support annual Section 8 unit screening
• conduct property drive-bys or walk-throughs
• and update records in Yardi.
