Data Conversion Analyst — Defined Contribution Plans

Job overview

The Data Conversion Analyst role is onsite every other week, with work locations in Merrimack, NH; Covington, KY; or Westlake, TX. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role is part of the implementation team coordinating defined-contribution plan transitions to DC Plan Services. The analyst coordinates conversion data from prior recordkeepers, checks completeness and accuracy, resolves questions, and prepares client-facing reports. The work supports successful plan implementations and reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate defined-contribution plan transitions
• develop and document conversion strategies with clients
• obtain, track, and review data packages
• resolve questions with recordkeepers and stakeholders
• validate transferred data
• produce client-facing reports
• serve as primary contact for conversion and reconciliation
• participate in discovery and risk mitigation.
