What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and other daily living activities
• serve meals and assist with feeding and hydration
• support mobility, ambulation, turning, and positioning
• monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• respond to call lights and requests
• report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
• document care and observations
• protect resident privacy and dignity under HIPAA and facility standards
• comply with applicable regulations
• maintain CNA certification.
