Customer Service Representative – Logistics

What you'll do

• Prepare bills of lading and related domestic and international paperwork
• coordinate truck lists and carrier calls
• work with customer service and shipping on pick lists, expedited orders, and shipment details
• maintain advance shipping notification records
• verify shipping documents and enter missing information
• obtain carrier quotes
• support shipping and receiving
• maintain inventory records
• and communicate shipment information after hours.
