Dispensary Supervisor

• Perform store opening and closing procedures

• train and onboard wellness advisors
• coach staff and address employee concerns
• assign daily work
• ensure compliance with policies and laws
• manage escalated customer concerns
• investigate cash, point-of-sale, and product discrepancies
• troubleshoot point-of-sale issues
• verify inventory and deposits
• maintain marketing materials and a clean, safe environment.
