Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is based onsite in Grand Blanc, MI, with pay of $16–$18 per hour based on experience. Learning Path ABA Services provides one-to-one therapy to children with autism in its Grand Blanc center and in home settings. The technician implements individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, tracks client progress, and works with the care team and families. The role contributes to consistent, individualized therapy and supports clients’ treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in center-based or in-home settings
• implement BCBA-designated treatment and behavior intervention plans
• collect client progress data
• participate in team meetings and training
• maintain professional, compassionate interactions
• follow BACB ethical standards and center policies.
