The Medical Science Liaison Director – West Region role is field-based, with the position based in Texas (Dallas or Houston) and coverage across the West Region. What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop MSLs
• align regional priorities with Field Medical strategy
• guide territory planning and stakeholder engagement
• support recruitment, onboarding, and training
• synthesize field insights
• support research collaborations, advisory boards, educational programs, and congress activities
• monitor performance indicators
• participate in Medical Affairs projects
• model compliant and ethical conduct.
