What you'll do

• Greet patients and obtain vital signs
• assist with intake and triage as assigned
• document information in the electronic health record
• assist providers and nurses with procedures within scope
• perform EKGs, splinting, wound-care support, and specimen collection
• observe and report changes to the Registered Nurse
• clean and restock rooms and equipment
• support patient flow and clerical functions
• follow infection-control and safety standards. May assist with EMS response or patient transport as needed based on competency.
