What you'll do

• You will collaborate with other healthcare providers, both internally and externally, in overseeing an ongoing comprehensive plan of care for a complex patient or groups of patients.
• You must anticipate consequences of altered physiologic homeostasis, utilize advanced skills to initiate early interventions and participates in identifying, planning/implementing changes to improve service operations and patient care outcomes.
• You must possess the critical care experience and specialized training to function independently and interdependently in organizing and directing a critical care patient interfacility transport (via ambulance, rotor wing aircraft, or fixed wing aircraft) and in providing direct patient care to a critical care patient with complex care needs.
