The role helps maintain the campus by completing routine repairs and scheduled maintenance, responding to resident and staff requests, and supporting indoor and outdoor upkeep. It contributes to a safe, functional environment for residents and staff through repairs, landscaping, snow and ice removal, and project documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects
• follow the scheduled maintenance program
• respond to resident and staff maintenance requests
• follow through on projects with little supervision
• perform manual tasks and related instructions
• keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects
• perform lawn care and landscaping
• remove snow and ice from walkways
• make basic building repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and replacing bulbs and filters.

Why this role

Monday–Friday day schedule, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with an on-call rotation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a level one boiler license and relevant maintenance experience are preferred. New graduates are welcome.
