What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple companies using QuickBooks
• oversee accounts payable and receivable, deposits, debt payments, and bank reconciliations
• process payroll
• manage Webgility integration with QuickBooks and sales platforms
• reconcile inventory, bank, credit card, payroll, and other accounts
• prepare monthly financial and management reports
• investigate discrepancies
• assist with month-end and year-end close.
