What you'll do

• Help refugees obtain initial health screenings and medical coverage
• schedule medical and dental appointments
• arrange transportation when appropriate
• obtain interpreters as needed
• educate clients about healthcare
• coordinate referrals and additional support
• track appointment data and attendance
• maintain compliant documentation
• coordinate with staff and community partners
• participate in outreach activities.
