What you'll do

• Administer routine medications under licensed nurse supervision unless state law allows otherwise
• observe and report adverse reactions and changes in resident condition
• record medication administration
• support medication cart stocking and removal of discontinued medications
• respond to resident requests
• follow infection control and medication handling procedures
• report suspected abuse or neglect.
