What you'll do

• Support patient interactions and in-office experience through intake, same-day schedule management, follow-up scheduling, billing and insurance knowledge, patient feedback monitoring, and outreach as needed
• perform check-in and check-out, insurance verification, paperwork, test preparation, and service-level tasks
• participate in team huddles and problem solving
• use Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and the electronic medical record system
• perform opening and closing duties, maintain office spaces, restock supplies, and organize.
