What you'll do

• Supervise commercial sheet metal crews onsite
• promote and monitor safety
• coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, tradespeople, and the general contractor
• plan and coordinate site functions
• perform material take-offs and order tools, materials, and equipment
• oversee installation quality and deliveries
• coordinate labor and equipment
• forecast labor needs
• report progress and obstacles
• enforce safety and legal requirements
• maintain shared tools and work areas.
