What you'll do

• Serve as INSPIRE’s primary contact for clients and hotel management
• maintain relationships with hotel staff
• manage daily setup and striking of audiovisual equipment for meetings and corporate events
• collaborate with freelancers to prepare events
• handle monthly billing and invoicing
• manage equipment inventory
• lead sales and operational team members as venue and business levels justify.
