Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The Crusher Plant Operator role is an onsite position based in Nedrow, NY. 00 to $25.00 per hour, and this role supports the production operations of Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to operate crushing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets. The operator is responsible for monitoring plant performance, performing routine inspections, basic maintenance, and reporting equipment issues to ensure reliable operation.
