The Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician role is onsite in Braintree, MA. Compensation is $27–$68 per hour. Veterinary Emergency Group’s mission is to help people and their pets when they need it most through emergency veterinary care. The technician supports emergency patients and their families through triage, nursing care, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical-care support. Working with doctors and the care team, the technician helps deliver emergency care while providing a steady, compassionate presence for pet parents.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage through discharge
• assist with IVs, CRIs, blood transfusions, diagnostics, imaging, sample collection, and tube placement
• support anesthesia and patient monitoring
• use advanced techniques such as central lines, endoscopy, and ultrasound
• perform CPR as trained
• collaborate with doctors and the team.
