What you'll do

• Process and code invoices
• maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• manage AP check runs
• prepare and process joint interest billing invoices
• apply and reconcile accounts receivable and joint interest allocations
• verify charges against AFEs, capital-versus-expense classifications, and operating agreements
• prepare journal entries as needed
• support audits and reporting deadlines
• collaborate to resolve discrepancies and follow company processes.
