Base salary is $165,000–$195,000 annually. The specialist supports adoption and appropriate use of the therapy at certified treatment centers through provider partnerships, compliant clinical education, account management, and patient-access support. The role coordinates with treatment sites and internal teams to support readiness, treatment workflows, reimbursement navigation, and territory execution.

What you'll do

• Execute territory commercial strategy
• develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and stakeholders
• deliver compliant product and disease-state education
• support patient selection and referral pathways
• assist certified sites with onboarding and treatment workflows
• address site-of-care and patient-access challenges
• collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations
• communicate field insights
• manage account prioritization, call planning, and performance tracking.
