Permit Coordinator — Residential Permitting

The Permit Coordinator role is onsite in Tampa, FL, at $22 per hour. NewSouth Window Solutions supports homeowners across the Southeast with windows and doors designed for the region’s climate, and this role supports its Production and Installation Teams. The coordinator manages residential permit applications from submission through approval, working with municipal offices, regulatory agencies, production staff, and outside permit partners. Accurate records, follow-up, and scheduling help secure timely approvals and minimize project delays.

What you'll do

• Coordinate residential permit applications with municipalities and regulatory agencies
• gather documentation
• prepare, submit, and track applications for accuracy and compliance
• serve as the company’s municipal point of contact
• follow up on permit status
• coordinate with permit runners and consultants
• maintain records, reports, approvals, licenses, CRM entries, schedules, and timelines
• prepare job packages for Production Management.
