What you'll do

• Follow sanitation and food preparation procedures
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, service areas, and hospitality carts
• document dishwashing equipment temperature and sanitizer levels
• distribute and store clean items
• empty trash
• maintain a clean and orderly work area.
