The Driver Trainee - Paid CDL-A Training role is an onsite position based in Montezuma, NY. 50/hr and the post-training range of $78,000 to $95,000 per year, supporting the distribution operations of Mclane Company, Inc. This role exists to provide comprehensive training for individuals to obtain their Class A CDL and learn essential distribution functions. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, equipment inspection, and safe delivery practices while working toward becoming a fully qualified McLane Driver.

What you'll do

• Maneuver tractor-trailer equipment, perform pre/post-trip inspections, operate Driver Delivery Handheld devices, maintain DOT logs, assist with product unloading, and complete CDL-A training within six months.
