General Manager – Construction and Building Materials

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage the annual budget and full P&L
• recommend and implement operational and sales process improvements
• support employee scheduling and technical troubleshooting
• audit daily work and use financial reports and metrics to manage operations
• hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• lead meetings and set performance expectations
• resolve personnel matters and escalated customer concerns.
