What you'll do

• Provide respectful, person-centered support
• assist with daily living, personal care, meals, and household routines as appropriate
• support independent living skills and individual service-plan goals
• encourage community participation
• provide supervision and maintain a safe environment
• assist with medication-related responsibilities as permitted by training and requirements
• observe and report changes
• complete documentation and incident reports
• communicate with coworkers, supervisors, families, and support teams
• assist with transportation when required.
